Animal Health and Protection Regulations, NS Reg 82/87

The Animal Health and Protection Regulations authorize the designation of diseases, provide for the appointment and powers of inspectors, as well as mandate the reporting of any animal suspected to be suffering from a disease.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Animal Health and Protection Act, RSNS 1989, c 15.
