Dog Hunting and Training Regulations, NS Reg 209/87

The Dog Hunting and Training Regulations regulate the training of dogs for the purpose of hunting by requiring that persons have a dog training permit, a dog field trial permit, or a Raccoon dog night hunting permit. Those holding a valid permit must also adhere to the additional guidelines set out in the regulations.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, RSNS 1989, c 504.
