General Wildlife Regulations, NS Reg 205/87

The Game Farming Regulations apply to ratites, wild boar, bison, and other animals as added by the Minister from time to time. The Regulations prescribe processes regarding licensing, import and export, quarantine, disease reporting, enclosure, slaughter, sale, and record-keeping for game farming operations.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, RSNS 1989, c 504.
