Livestock Identification and Commerce Act, SA 2006, c L-16.2

The Livestock Identification and Commerce Act regulates branding and identification of livestock, the sale of livestock, livestock inspection and transportation, as well as the licensing and regulation of dealers of livestock and livestock products. In addition, the Act regulates the Livestock Assurance Funds Tribunal, including the Tribunal’s powers and procedures.
