Livestock Industry Diversification (Ministerial) Regulation, Alta Reg 256/1991

The Livestock Industry Diversification (Ministerial) Regulations prescribe additional definitions and actions under the Livestock Industry Diversification Act, including: minimum area for containment of domestic cervids, exceptions to the prohibition of live animals leaving the grounds, the removal of velvet antlers, the delegation of powers by the Operator to a temporary replacement, and slaughter.
