Martinique Beach Game Sanctuary Designation and Regulations, NS Reg 11/61

The Martinique Beach Game Sanctuary Designation and Regulations designate and prohibit the hunting, taking, killing or attempting to hunt, take, or kill animals and birds within the Martinique Beach Game Sanctuary in the Province of Nova Scotia.

As an exception, the Regulations empower the Minister of Natural Resources to grant a permit authorizing a person to kill animals or birds within the Sanctuary as set out in the permit.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, RSNS 1989, c 504.
