Meat Inspection Regulations, NS Reg 46/90

The Meat Inspection Regulations apply to meat and meat products designated under the Meat Inspection Act.

These Regulations prescribe requirements for obtaining a license, specifications for plants and equipment, inspection protocols, and conditions under which animals must be condemned, slaughtered, or destroyed.
