Melbourne Lake Game Sanctuary Designation and Regulations, NS Reg 24/63

The Melbourne Lake Game Sanctuary Designation and Regulations designate and regulate the Melbourne Lake Game Sanctuary in the Province of Nova Scotia. The Regulations prohibit any person other than the Game Warden or a person holding a permit from having in their possession any game animal, fur-bearing animal, wild animal or wild bird, whether dead or alive, as well as restricting access to Sanctuary.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, RSNS 1989, c 504.
