Natural Products Act, RSNS 1989, c 308

The Natural Products Act provides for regulating the marketing of certain natural products in the Province of Nova Scotia by empowering the Governor in Council to create the Natural Products Marketing Council, and make a broad range of Regulations under the Act.

The Act also grants the Natural Products Marketing Council a broad range of powers, including those related to inspection and seizure.
