Off-Highway Vehicle Act, RSNS 1989, c 323

The Off-Highway Vehicle Act regulates the operation and registration of prescribed off-highway vehicles in the Province of Nova Scotia. While operating an off-highway vehicle, the Act prohibits persons from annoying or worrying domestic or farm animals, and wildlife, using off-highway vehicles in core habitat and wilderness areas.
