Pheasant Shooting Preserve Regulations, NS Reg 89/88

The Pheasant Shooting Preserve Regulations regulate pheasant shooting preserves in the Province of Nova Scotia through the issuance of pheasant shooting preserve operator’s licenses, prescribing where these preserves can be located, when the open season occurs, notification requirements for disease outbreak, bag limits, and hunting methods and equipment.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, RSNS 1989, c 504.
