Regulation respecting the safety and welfare of cats and dogs, RRQ, c P-42, r 10.1

The Regulation respecting the safety and welfare of cats and dogs prescribe minimum physical standards of care regarding the keeping of cats and dogs, including requirements regarding food and water, shelter, tethering, rest areas, exercise, euthanasia, cages and enclosures, as well as cleanliness and safety standards.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Animal Health Protection Act, RSQ, c P-42.
