National Parks of Canada Domestic Animals Regulations, SOR/98-177

The National Parks of Canada Domestic Animals Regulations prohibit and restrict the presence of domestic animals in parks, and subject to s. 40 and s. 41, to park reserves as if they were parks.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Canada National Parks Act, SC 2000, c 32
