Non-Mailable Matter Regulations, SOR/90-10

The Non-Mailable Matter Regulations prohibit certain mailings based on its contents, or the condition of the mail. Included in non-mailable matter are live animals.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Canada Post Corporation Act.
