Watercourse and Wetland Protection Regulations, PEI Reg EC720/08

The Watercourse and Wetland Protection Regulations regulate the alteration of, or interference with, any watercourses, wetlands, or water flow, as well as the surrounding area.

Part X regulates the location of intensive livestock operations, as well as aspects of agricultural waste management.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Environmental Protection Act, RSPEI 1988, c E-9.
