Wild Species at Risk Regulations, RRS c W-13.11 Reg 1

The Wild Species at Risk Regulations designate a number of wild animal and plant species as extirpated, endangered, and or threatened, and, subject to exceptions, provide protections for those species and their habitat.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Wildlife Act, 1998, SS 1998, c W-13.12
